My name is Paisley Maxson. I am a junior at Canon City High School and my purpose for learning code is to get a jumpstart in a technical field for my future. I want to have a career in a technology field like programming or a computer teacher. I have a love for teaching kids and I seem to always get a special connection with kids. I would love to be a computer teacher so I can show kids about something I really enjoy doing. I started teaching when I was 12 as an assistant teacher at my dance studio to young kids and since then I have always had a passion for kids. For my capstone I am incorporating both of these passions of mine and I am learning to code to create an educational game for elementary students.
